Dr Mayer considered the details of my condition with care and asked good questions to determine the best course of action. He provided alternatives in the event my condition worsened and resources available to me if things changed. He answered all my questions and provided the necessary clarification.

The dr called me after I had a negative experience with 111 not getting through to me and waiting for many hours so to receive a phone call from Dr Mayer inviting me to surgery was a relief. I was seen within 8 -10 mins of my phone call and Dr Mayer was knowledgeable, understood how I was managing my allergic reaction and provided a prescription to help in the immediate with a back up steroid if my symptoms deteriorated. It gave me confidence and I was relieved to have been seen in person and for my breathing and chest to be checked.
